Subscriptions and renewal

Paid plans automatically renew for the selected billing period until canceled. Price and billing frequency are shown before checkout. You may cancel renewal and retain access through the paid period.

Health and responsibility

Consult a qualified professional before making changes if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, managing a chronic condition or eating disorder, or taking medication. Stop activities that cause pain or dizziness and seek appropriate care.

Changes and termination
