Refund requests

Subscriptions are sold through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. You may request a refund within 14 days of any transaction, including a renewal. Requests are reviewed under Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms and applicable law. A request does not guarantee a discretionary refund and does not limit mandatory consumer rights, which may vary by country.

Renewals and cancellation

You may cancel renewal before the next billing date using the management link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt or Lemon Squeezy billing portal. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents future charges; it does not remove any right to request a refund for an eligible completed transaction.

How to request

Request a refund through the support link in your purchase receipt or at إدارة الفواتير / Billing. You may also email us for help from the address used for purchase and include the transaction reference. Never send card details or passwords.

Processing time

Lemon Squeezy processes eligible refunds to the original payment method where possible under its policy and applicable law. The time for funds to appear may vary by payment method.
