Delete your SlimAI account and data

To request deletion, email us from the address used for your SlimAI account. Include “Delete SlimAI account” in the subject. Never send your password or card details.

We will verify account ownership and contact you about the request within 7 days. Deletion covers your SlimAI profile, saved health and activity entries, progress photos, support history and authentication account. Limited payment, security or legally required records may be retained where necessary; we will explain any exception.

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription. Cancel renewal through the provider that billed you. For Google Play, use Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Contact us if you need help.
